You can pay with Visa/dankort & Mastercard or Mobile Pay. You choose the payment method when you complete your purchase.

If you choose a payment card, the transaction takes place via Onpay, which is a secure payment solution. Your Yoga Shop ApS will not have access to your card information.

 

All prices in the web shop are incl. VAT (25% in Denmark)

 

We do not charge card fees.

The amount will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped.

You must be at least 18 years old to shop online.

 

Freight

 

You can choose POSTNORD parcel shop (collect) home delivery (home) or business (parcel - only by CVR no. Indication). You choose before you complete your purchase. You will also be able to see your shipping price before approving your trade.

 

Relating to parcel shops: situations may arise where the shipping company delivers to another parcel shop due to space problems in the parcel shop or parcel boxes where there are no available boxes.

Not all countries have parcel shops, then you choose home delivery if you are a private customer.

 

Prices depend on the weight of your shipment.

 

There is a big difference in the weight of a shipment if you buy clothes and smaller equipment or order several heavier items, such as yoga puddles, natural rubber yoga mats etc.

 

Check your shipping price before approving your order.

 

Examples: For parcel shops from DKK 29-35 (up to 5 kg). 10-20 kg. costs DKK 45-65. Home delivery from DKK 40.

Shipment price to other countries will show up, when you have given the information of the country that you want the delivery to.

 

Free shipping on orders over SEK 699,- for private customers (only for parcel shops)

 

We deliver as fast as we can.

 

Stock items are delivered in 1-3 working days with Postnord (DK)

Most European countries 2-4 working days (Postnord)

 

If there is a run on an item so that it is sold out from our Danish warehouse, you can often still order.

Most products can be delivered in 5-7 days in Sweden

Other countries 7-9 days

 

On some items, there may be a special order time, which will appear in product info. (For example, if you order a meditation chair with a special color on the seat).

 

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 90-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.

 

The cancellation period expires 90 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.

 

The deadline means that you have 90 days from receipt to notify us that you will regret your purchase. You can send an email to sb@youryoga.dk or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find in the email, you got when making the order.

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.

 

Undoing part of the purchase

If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of sending one or more items back, even if they were purchased in one order.

Please note that you will not be reimbursed for shipping costs if you regret part of your purchase.

 

Return

Once you have notified us that you will regret your purchase, you have 30 days to send the item back to us.

You must pay for the package to be returned, and you are responsible if damage occurs during transport.

 

We offer you to buy a return label, which you will receive by email when you have informed us that you want to return an item. Usually the return shipping is DKK 29-39 (unless it is a large batch of heavier items such as yoga equipment).

 

No right of withdrawal

These agreements / purchases cannot be undone:

 

Delivery of digital content, e.g. music that is not physically delivered on e.g. CD or DVD, if you have previously accepted that the execution is started and that your right of withdrawal is thereby lost.

 

Delivery of sealed audio or video recordings or computer software on which you have broken the seal.

 

Purchase of special events: e.g. yoga workshop, yoga courses or yoga retreat with set date.

 

Delivery of items that are made to your specifications or have a clear personal touch (private label on yoga equipment or print of your logo on clothes or meditation chair with a seat in a different color than the ones we stock)

 

Delivery of sealed goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery. Eg. if you break packaging on drinking bottles or yoga equipment.

 

The condition of the item when you send it back

If the item has lost value and it is because you have used it in a different way than what was necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and the way it works, you can only get part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.

 

Packaging:

We recommend that the item be returned in the original packaging.

If the original packaging is missing, it may lead to a decrease in value.

Clothes: You are of course welcome to try on your new clothes. Leave the marks on and if you want to return, you pack the clothes neatly in any original packaging.

Equipment & accessories: Do not remove packaging from equipment (yoga mats, blocks etc.).

 

Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your entire purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 30 days from the day we has received your message that you want to cancel the agreement. If you regret parts of your purchase, only the price of the returned item (s) will be refunded.

We will refund the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

 

We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us proof of having returned it.

Right of complaint

When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Purchase Act apply to purchases of goods.

This means that you have a right to make a complaint for 24 months.

If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you complain within two months after the error is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

 

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can refund your shipping costs.

Personal data policy

We need the following information when you shop with us:

Name, address, tel. No. and email address.

We will not have access to your card details in connection with the payment.

 

We register and pass on the personal information that is necessary to be able to deliver the item to you.

I.e. that we passes on your information to the shipping company that will deliver your goods. Your information is registered in our accounting system when an invoice is created.

Payment information is registered with Onpay which is your security for secure payment.

 

The personal information is registered with Your Yoga Shop Aps and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

In addition, we collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. Companies process information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.

You have the right to be informed of what information we process about you.

If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we have a duty to delete your personal data if you request it. It could be if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we were to use it. You can also contact us if you believe that your personal data is being processed in violation of the law.
